Brief Answer:
?? Suspecting orchitis and a urinary tract infection, please meet doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Orchitis (inflammation of the testes) is quite commonly seen with diabetes, and in some cases can present with fever as well which is indicative of an infection.

Diabetes itself predisposes to infections which is why you will need to report to a doctor for adequate investigation sir. The frequent urination could also be indicative of a urinary tract infection which commonly presents with symptoms like:

+Increased urge to urinate but less amount of urine passed
+Increased frequency of urination
+Burning sensation with urination
+In some cases, blood tinge in the urine
+Chills
+Fever

Not all the above symptoms need to be present to confirm a diagnosis, and as you are presenting with one of the symptoms, I would recommend a urine analysis to confirm or rule out the suspected diagnosis.

I would also like to ask if your blood sugar levels are well controlled sir? If not, then this could be an added factor that can make you susceptible to infections (which can be both frequent and recurrent), so please speak to your prescribing doctor to help with better control of your blood sugar levels.

But right now, until you can meet your doctor:

+Please drink plenty of fluids as we need to avoid or prevent dehydration
+Try to speak to your pharmacist and get your hands on oral tablets containing flavoxate which can provide you with some symptom relief

I hope you can meet your doctor soon, and find relief at the earliest. Please do not hesitate to write to me anytime sir, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
