Brief Answer:
Please, go to the hospital for antibiotics and wound care!
Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks for reaching to us.
I have reviewed your infection fully. Your abscess requires medical attention so that you can receive good wound care and also get antibiotics for relief. With the swollen legs no longer responding to water pills, the dosages would need to be increased so as to help evacuate more. Also, evacuating more fluid from the body will help with the wound healing and the hurting tummy.
In all, you need the hospital for review, wound care, antibiotics and adjusted water pill dosages.
I hope this guides and helps you. I wish you well. Keep me posted on this.
