Question : Okay i know this is weird...but i have this really swollen part of my clitoral hood. On the right side. It is hard and hurts to touch it..it honestly feels like some kind of vein or tendon or something that runs from the top of the clitoral hood shaft down the right side of the clitorus...but it is super super swollen and enlarged. It is so weird and idk what it is! Help!

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Swelling on clitoral hood you are explaining seems to be a boil or a sebaceous cyst if farther part of hood.

This is due to temporary infection and might enlarge still more for a couple of days before reducing further.

This might be painful for couple of days before it reduces. Apply cold ice pack if painting.

This is not serious or threatening problem to worry about. You can wait for couple of days for it to resolve.

Please send me a picture of swelling as attachment with this question so that I can have a close look and suggest you further options.

Here is what it looks like. It isnt circular but actually feels like it runs like a vein but super hard and swollen
