Brief Answer:
sinusitis?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

a few days after having a common cold or any other upper respiratory tract infection, sinusitis may develop and cause various symptoms and signs. In the most severe cases face swelling can become evident above the involved sinus. Other symptoms are a worsening headache and sensitivity above the sinus. Fever is common is such cases. Nasal discharge and congestion are almost always present. If the aforementioned description fits your case, then you should visit your doctor as soon as possible for proper treatment. Face swelling indicates serious sinusitis!

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
