Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Tongue Post Injury

Possible allergy, but not necessarily from medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
Biting your tongue while in sleep can happen sometimes. It can give bleeding after and a bit of swelling in the area.
But as I understand from your question, looks like the swelling it is not in the area where you bit it but also in all the tongue. It can be an allergy, but if you have been using these medicines for a long time, then it cannot be an allergy from then and neither a side effect.
If you have started one of them in the last week (specially the Lisinopril), then I would suggest to stop it because you may be allergic from it.
Also, be careful of noticing if you have eaten any new food or drink today, because any substance that it is new for you, can be a trigger factor for allergy.
Take an antihistamine like Benadryl or Loratadine to decrease the swelling.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
