Question: along with the significant lymph node swelling swollen abdomen low grade fever night sweats and weight loss, I've had daily brushing and now sores on my hands and legs.

I have a nagging cough not like a cold cough it's more of a gasping for air cough and I gag at the end. my mouth and tongue swell I have weird spots on both. You can tell my lymph nodes are swollen 2 ways my neck and face are very puffy my left grown are puffy and my right arm pit which in turn is making my right breast almost double the left my armpit also has a hard lump which u havr to really press to find as the swelling is dramatic. When I drink alcohol I become violently I'll my stomach gets more swollen and I vomit. my stool goes from hard black to a yellowish runny stool and my ability to control it diminishes. I have bruising that comes and goes the appear as brown purple the appear on my arms upper legs and ankles. lastly what's really disturbing is apparent skin thickening on my clavicle, sternum and my lower neck almost like a hump. I am 40 years old mother of 3 I work full time and up to a year ago taught fitness classes on the side as well as ran marathons and triathlons, the constant tiredness has taken all the from me as well as constant bought of vision blur
