Question: My meatus is swollen and very irritated. As well as the underside of my penis by the tip. I am circumsized. What could be causing this?

I have had STI screenings. Was told no infection was present. This started happening after I used a condom with my girlfriend for the first time in a long time as we had been using birth control. It's been going on for a while now and it worries me what else it could be
