Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Penis
Question: I had sex with a girl (almost always using condoms but not every single moment) but at one point it was so swollen i couldn't continue without pain (i'm uncircumcised and have a short frenulum) is there a cream I could use to cure the symptoms immediately so that i can have sex again and then proceed with a cure? (she is here just a few days now) and ten hours after it i noticed this weird rush I show you in the photos on the upper parts of my legs just below the groin, is it a STD or can it be due to something else? ( I slept with her legs upon mine for a few hours)
Brief Answer:
Rest needed, post image of lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Swelling and pain on head of penis is due to mechanical trauma to the sensitive skin.
Rest is needed for the swelling and pain to subside.
Emollient can be used to decrease the pain and inflammation, however, rest is definitely required for some time.
Kindly, post the image of the lesion that you have mentioned for assessment.
Thanks

actually there is no visible lesion and the problem is that it is not the first time that this balanitis happens, it would be great if there could be anything i could apply locally to avoid the inflammation and the swelling of the penis and to continue having sex while i wait for the results of a proper swab test, is there anything you could suggest?
Brief Answer:
Anti-inflammatory cream can be used
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
It is advisable to wait for the swab result.
However, you can practise sex with full protection to prevent transmission of infection.
In the meanwhile, you can use an anti-inflammatory cream for symptomatic relief which is available over the counter.
Thanks and take care
