Suggest Treatment For Swollen Clitoris After Masturbation

Question: Hi Doctor, For the past two days Ive been masturbating with a shower head. Now my clitoris hurts, I think it's swollen and I feel dull pain in my lower abdomen. Also the arousal feelings are reduced. Have I damaged my clit or G-spot nerves? Or will this just heal? this is my first time masturbating.

The fact that your clitoris has swollen indicates that you have caused an unintentional frictional injury to the clitoris with the shower head. This can present as swelling, pain and even sometimes burning while urination. It shall heal naturally on its own in a week. Just apply petroleum jelly over it thrice a day for a week and apply cold compresses thrice a day for next 3 days. The swelling shall reduce and re-epithelialization of the abraded sensitive skin shall start in next 48hrs giving you relief. Avoid masturbation or sex for a week / till it is completely healed which it would naturally in due course of time. Rest assured.
