                                            Question : I have missed the vain injecting crystal meth over 5 days ago and it has swelled up my elbow and for arm area and is really sore ... Have been on antiboitics and still not going away

Most likely the crystal meth was injected into the subcutaneous tissue which might have caused the abscess. I would like the following details in order to help you better
1. Please attach the photo of the sore are so that I know what I am dealing with
2. Which antibiotic were you taking
3. Have you tried any pain killers as well
4. Was there any discharge from the swollen area

                                    Ok sent though photos ... Ok they put me on clindamycin 300 1x 4 times day for 10 days .. And ibuprofen 600

From the pics you have sent it looks like there is a small abscess. Here are my suggestions to you
1. Along with Clindamycin I recommend that you start tab cefixime 200 twice daily for 5 days
2. Tab Enractin plus twice daily can help reduce the swelling and pain. Continue to use Ibuprofen as prescribed.
3. Give cold compression over the swelling, it will reduce the tenderness and the swelling
4. If the condition does not improve and you start spiking fever then please meet a surgeon as might have to be drained surgically
Please refrain from using crystal meth, IV injection are known to cause recurrent infections and transmission of diseases
