Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eyes And Blocked Nose After Taking Combiflam

might be allergy to ibuprofen
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.
I have gone through your question and picture and understand your concern. It seems like a case of allergy to combiflam. It contains ibuprofen and paracetamol, and allergy to paracetamol is very rare, so probably it is because of allergy to ibuprofen. However, normal cold in a diabetic patient like you might also present with exaggerated features like this.
Anyways, if such patient comes to me, I would suggest stoppage of medicine. Alongwith taking antiallergy drugs like levocetrizine or fexofenadine twice daily will be helpful. Also to get blood sugar tested will be my advice.
You can consult your treating or family doctor for prescription of the above.
Hope this was helpful.
Consult me for further queries.
Regards.
