Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face, Hand And Feet
Question: sir,
i got a swelling in my hand feet and face a week ago . After consult my doctor a enlarge prostate detected. he give medicine name-flodart 0.4mg ,i also suffered hypertention for 4 years.i used to continue the same medicines which is prescribed my doc before. but two days before me ecg report show that a sinus rhythm,complete right bundle branch blocked and left axis deviation.i'm taking telvas h 40, atocor 10mg , depakote xr 500mg, deplatt 75 mg, eslo2.5mg , evion lc, and flodart tabs . sir but i fell very fatigue and some swelling and a mild headache continuing what can i do for that please help .And also sometimes ithching in palm and lower part of leg. thankyou.

First , I would suggest that you stop or reduce the dose of atocor for sometime. This medicine is known to cause fatigue.
Second , the frequency of the headache and swelling seems to be less than before. So you need to give the medicines some more time. meanwhile, reduce the salt intake.
Itching in palm and souls seem to be suggesting a glove and stocking pattern of neuropathy. Please test nerve conduction study of the 4 limbs. Test sugars if not done so already.
