Brief Answer:
Tired and swollen feet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Tired and swollen feet.

Peripheral edema should be looked for. If its just swollen due to prolonged work/standing then bed rest with NSAIDs (if severe) would be enough.

Overweight individuals with excess body mass
Immobility , Standing and/or sitting for long periods
Heart, liver and kidney are the main culprits that need to be worked up in such fluid retention.

Blood pressure and peripheral pulses should be measured, pitting edema should be looked for. Both the legs can be examined. If there is marked swelling or tenderness the a Doppler ultrasound of the lower limbs can be advised accordingly.

After clinical assessment the following investigations can be done to ascertain the cause.

Urinalysis for possible protein loss in urine
Liver function tests to look for adequate albumin synthesis plus an abdomen / pelvis ultrasound
Echocardiogram to look for preserved systolic and diastolic function

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
