Hello again XXXX!
Hope you are doing well.
Small lymph nodes are very common in the lateral and back part of the neck. They don't have any medical significance. They usually are less than 10 mm in diameter and don't change over time.
You should know that everybody have such lymph nodes in neck and it is normal that at some point everyone can get worried thinking of bad things.
You really don't need to worry.Pathological swollen lymph nodes are usually bigger, firm and fixed when you touch them. They increase progressively in time and are associated with other symptoms and signs related with the disease that caused them.
In your case you don't have any reason to suspect something more.It is just a normal lymph node of neck.
Let me know if you have any other question.I will be happy to answer.
Take care,

Hello again XXXX!
First , let me wish you Happy New Year.I hope that this year brings you health and happiness.
You don't need to worry about the wrinkles in the inner part of your thighs. This is due to quick weight loss that you had.It will improve gradually once you gain weight and with regular exercise .
Regarding your muscle twitches ,since this symptom is persistent now ,you should consult a physician and get examined to determine the real cause of it.
Meanwhile try to relax, eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids and sleep well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
No,the muscle twitching doesn't seem to be related to stomach upset.
A possible relation is that they both might be caused from anxiety and stress.
They are not symptoms of a dangerous disease.
The muscle twitching that you are feeling most likely are just benign twitching ,not related to any disease and triggered by stress, anxiety ,alcohol and cafeine intake.
You should do the mentioned tests and physical examination from a physician just to exclude other possible causes (vitamin deficiency, thyroid disease, electrolyte imbalance ).These causes are treatable condition so you don't need to think of any dangerous disease.

Today i observe very less muscle twitching , but it gives me fear every time. This is the only thing that comes in between my anxiety recovery. Because now from some days i am not feelinh any muscle pain . Sometimes i feel a slight pain in muscles not in a fix location. But the pain is not as much to discus.
The main fear is , i thought that these muscle twitchings are due to nurological problem and nurological problems are early symptoms of big disease . Because i know its not only muscle twitching, i also observe muscle weakness. And vibration
And plz tell me i have one dot in palm that i alread showed and discused many times and one dot near my finger are also related to muscle twitching.?

Helllo XXXX!
I apologize for the delay.
In my opinion your muscle twitching is related to your anxiety condition. It seems to be worse since your attention is focusing on this symptoms and the other symptoms get better.
Since this causes you anxiety and is persistent I would suggest to run the tests I have told you.
If all these tests result normal you may consult a neurologist. He will perform a physical examination to see if your nerves and muscles act normal.
If he has any suspect that something is wrong with your muscles and the muscle twitching indicates a disease he will order other tests like EMG,ENG etc.
Your dry skin most likely is due to cold weather. If you live and work in a place with reduced humidity ,it will dry your skin.Soap and detergents can dry your skin. You should use products appropriate for dry skin.
Other possible causes for dry skin might be thyroid conditions (hypothyroidism) ,anemia, vitamin deficiency etc.
Dry skin is not related to any neurological disease.
The dots on your palm and near your finger are common ,normal findings on skin. They are not related to any disease and not related to muscle twitching.
Don't need to worry about them.

Hi there,
Ok,you can give it some more time and see what happens.
Regarding IBS ,there is no relation with any neurological disease. It has a strong relation with anxiety and stress but no with neurological disease.
Neurological disease are not due to exercises. They are specific diseases with a known cause that need specific treatment.
Sometimes hard exercises can cause muscle twitching ,that are benign and resolve on their own.
Although you feel that you don't have high level of anxiety , the fact that every small finding or symptoms increases your fear and you are worried all the time about your health indicate that you have anxiety.
It is possible that your symptoms are not due to anxiety but due to a specific condition (vitamin deficiency, thyroid conditions, neurological disease etc) so if your symptoms persist after some weeks you should get examined and testes.

Hello again!
A muscle twitching caused from a neurological or muscular disease , is persistent, progressive (which means that the symptom get worse and worse until the diagnosis ), is accompanied by other symptoms like muscle weakness , pain, tingling sensations, burning sensation etc.
Usually these symptoms have a localized nature ,not all over the body.
In physical examination there are specific findings that indicate a neurological disease or muscular condition.
Different from this, twitching due to anxiety might be felt all over the body, not all the day ,are not accompanied from other symptoms, may persist for some time but are not progressive.
Hope this helps.
Let me know if you need further help.As always happy to help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Knowing all the characteristic of your symptoms,I don't think you have a neurological condition.
Your seems to be benign fasciculations of muscles triggered from anxiety. You should know that symptoms induced from anxiety can be pretty persistent and convincing.
Despite this I can't tell it for sure without a physical examination and some tests to exclude some possible causes.
You can try to give it some time with proper sleep, healthy foods and moderate exercises.
If these symptoms persist you should get examined.
Feel free to ask if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
You are totally welcome. You can ask me all the questions you have.I will do my best to answer them.
You have to understand that anxiety disorders are chronic conditions that can last some time. Some people are more prone to have anxiety than others.
It needs a long term management like relaxation techniques, have an active life, therapies to handle it.
We can not tell for sure that your symptoms are due to anxiety without ruling out some common causes.
If your physical examination is normal (no muscular or neurological finding) and the tests result normal ,then we can say that your symptoms are due to anxiety.
So to answer your question ,yes it is possible to have panic attacks 2 months before and still have anxiety because every little change in your body seems to be cause of excessive worry for you.For example a lot of people can have dots on hands or everywhere in body ,or have cherry angioma or have muscle twitching but they don't get worried about them so they overcome these benign findings.
Your anxiety makes the symptoms more evident and persistent.
But once again we should exclude some other causes and get a physical examination done in order to say it is just anxiety.
So for now try to relax, eat healthy, sleep well and see whet happened.
If the symptoms persist get examined.
Take care.
