Question: This is regarding my son, who is 1.5 months old.
His 1st vaccination was done on 09-Feb (BCG-At Hand, Hep B-At Leg). There was no swelling at hand, for initial 3-4 weeks after vaccination. Next vaccination was done on 09-Mar (Hep B-At leg), at that time there was minor swelling at hand. Since last 2 weeks, swelling at his hand has increased. Refer 2 attached images.
Do you have any suggestion on what can be done - any medicine or treatment? Do let me know if more details are required.

Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Being Parent myself , I understand your concern and apprehension.
From the clinical picture provided, your baby has developed BCG abscess that is collection of pus. It occurs in some infants due to intense inflammatory reaction to the BCG vaccination.
I routine come across such cases. It will require Surgical incision and drainage of abscess under local anaesthesia, it can be done as an Out Patient procedure. Also will require antibiotics and antipyretic.
I would suggest you to consult your nearest Pediatric Surgeon for further management.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take Care
