Question: My right leg and knee are swollen and I notice on the back of my leg is all blue. Hematoma, I guess. Very large. Don't remember hitting anything. Do I need to get it checked?

You seem to have oozing blood into the joint. I am not sure of the nature of injury. It could be osteoarthritis inflammed as well, it can grow bluer.
When you have swollen leg it goes more with injury.
