Suggest Treatment For Swollen Legs

please help thank
Explained possible causes of swollen legs.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
If you have a busy lifestyle, and the swelling happens usually not in the morning but during the day, then the swelling happens because of staying standing (the blood doesn't circulate well) because of the problems in the veins. If you re overweight, this may be another cause that adds to it. The best way to treat this, is to wear compression socks, so avoid the blood stay down and keep moving during day (avoid staying in one place) and keep the feet elevated when possible.
If the above things do not apply, then you should get checked your kidney function (creatinine) and also the thyroid function (TSH level). Both these give swollen legs.
I would recommend seeing a local doctor so they can run these tests, and recommend more if needed, depending on the physical exam.
Hope this is helpful.

Creatinine and TSH
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up question.
since you sit for very long time, it would be helpful putting a stool under your feet to keep those elevated.
Also, for Kidney function you will need to check creatinine, while for Thyroid check the TSH.
It can be nothing, but also depending on the lab results, you may rule out two important problems and either kidney problem and thyroid can be treated. So don't worry. Get those tests done as soon as possible and take care of your health.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
