Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Yes of course you can send me a picture ma'am, either search for the option to attach clear images to our discussion here, or you can email it to me:

but please do mention 'ATTN:Dr. Shoaib Khan' in the subject line.
In the meantime, please make sure you apply a cold pack to the region if the swelling has taken place recently (less than 48 hours ago). I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.
Best wishes.

The pics are not very good but its swollen n tender n lil red
Brief Answer:
Do not see any signs of an abscess which will require a physical exam also
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
I do not see the site of the needle prick either which should be quite clear and obvious in case of an abscess as well. But, may be the pictures are not very clear as you mentioned, but I do not see any signs of an abscess.
Why don't we wait for about a day and see if the swelling reduces with a warm pack which should help improve circulation and thus reduce the swelling. In the meantime, please try to get more clear pictures especially of the region where the needle was used. Also, could you tell me why exactly the needle was used? Are you a drug user or was it a routine medication administration? Also, did you administer the injection yourself or was it a trained medical professional who administered the shot?
Looking forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.
Best wishes.
