Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In Armpit

Question: Hello, occasionally a lymph node in my armpit swells before I start my period. This has happened to me several times and it always goes away. My armpit is very tender during all of this and I am able to move the node around. I also feel pain in my breasts, but no lumps. Could the swelling be caused from changes in my hormones?

Dear Don't worry as this lump is non-cancerous.
This armpit lumps are part of Premenstrual Syndrome,due to excessive response of the breast tissue response to estrogen hormonal rise.
AS the hormones reduce in levels after the periods, the lump in the axillary tail of the breast.
As your breast get tender,so do the axillary tail breast do get tender.
