Brief Answer:
Not due to bras, probably an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Read your history and understood your concerns.
The swelling in armpit can not be due to tight bras.
The commonest causes at your age are:
Cyst like a sebaceous cyst
Can be a lymph node.

This can be diagnosed by:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon of the armpits, breasts and upper limb.
Tests of blood , ultrasonography of the armpits and breasts, FNAC meaning fine needle aspiration cytology.
The treatment will depend upon the final diagnosis thus made.
I hope this answer helps you.
