Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes And Painful Urination
Possibility of Herpes and urethritis are there.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Broken condom during sex could make you accessible for acquiring STD.
Painful urination needs an urine examination of deposits for the presence of pus cells. This indicates infection of urethra. If there is presence of pus cells then one has to investigate with other tests to confirm whether it is due to STD organism or non STD organism and treatment has to be planned accordingly.
Regarding the ulcers (sores), multiple grouped ulcers are most likely due to Genital Herpes. Swollen lymph nodes may associate with primary infection of Genital Herpes and also in other STD ulcerative conditions.
Consult a Dermatovenereologist for further help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Negative urine analysis confirmed that your urinary tract is free from infection. Consummation of water will relieve your problem of burning sensation during urination.
Sores seems to be due to abrasion caused by friction during sex super added with secondary bacterial infection. Doxycyclin might not be effective. Abstinence from all sexual activities till complete healing is a must.
Other antibiotics with Tablet Metranidazloe can be tried.
Genital Herpes has to be ruled out with investigations.
