Brief Answer:
Clitoral swelling

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Clitoral swelling is common after intercourse especially if there was excessive clitoral rubbing. It is a very sensitive and a fragile structure.
Here are my suggestions

1. Tab Enractin twice daily is the ideal drug to be taken for the swelling. It has to be taken for 5 days.
2. Avoid friction over the area until the pain settles down.
3. Ice packs over the area helps to reduce the pain

I strongly advice you to meet the gynecologist as the situation has not improved in more than a week, especially because it is painful. Sometimes a small abscess in the clitoral area behaves in the same way. Do not ignore or self medicate any further
