Brief Answer:
Pls do a scrotal ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

Swollen scrotum without pain is usually due to a hydrocoele, inguinal hernia or a testicular tumor. This can be differentiated by doing a scrotal ultrasound to be able to identify the cause of your testicular swelling.
