Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testicles And Bloated Stomach
Question: Swollen testicles, blotted stomach.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have swelling of the testis with blotted stomach.This is mostly due to infection of testicles.(Orchitis)

1) Do you have fever?
2) Do you have any urinary symptoms like frequency,burning ,urgency etc?
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done under his guidance.
1) Routine urine test and Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.Switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
