Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tonsils And Post Nasal Drip

Please provide some more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HealthcareMagic,
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.
- Do you have any fever?
- What about cough or a runny nose?
- Do you have swollen lymph nodes on the neck?
- Since when did you first notice the white spots in the tonsils? And how many days before did you had the oral sex? - The time span and exact duration are important because depending on the time the symptoms may appear I'll be able to tell if it is related to the sexual intercourse.
- Have you ever had strep throat before?
Please, let me know this information so that I can guide you better in the course to decide what is going on.
Looking forward to your follow up question.
Regards,
Dr.Papaqako

Most possible just tonsil stones
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is too early to have symptoms from a sexually transmitted infection, so I don't think the white patches are from that.
On the other side if you don't have fever, we can rule out strep throat infection.
If you start having fever, let me know and I will advice an antibiotic.
Meanwhile, do gargles with salt to remove possible stones from the tonsils which can be chronic and are residual of food in the tonsil pockets.
Take a painkiller in case you have sore throat. Tonsil stones can give that.
If you develop other symptoms, feel free to follow up with me so I can advice accordingly.
Regards,
Dr.Papaqako

You may have fever
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It can be normal if it is the end of your day for you, or if you haven't slept well the night before.
Also, sometimes when people have fever can feel tired. So if you have fever, that might indicate that it is a strep throat, as I told you above too.
Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
