Suggest Treatment For Swollen Underarms

Question: For a couple of months I have been with a discomfort in my underarms. I had it before. I always thought it was because of my deodorant. I will change it and it will go away. Now I stopped using deodorant and the discomfort continues in my left underarm. I went to a Dermatologist and he gave me Hydrocortisone Butyate .1% and it helped but it didn't go away. Then he gave me Drysol and it cured my right underarm. But the left one the discomfort is less but it continues. Now I think the surrounding area is swollen, my left underarm and part of the chest? Is this a reaction to the medicine? Please advise. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions in the underarms but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination. From the description it seems like some allergic rash but it can also be due to underlying bacterial or fungal infection.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.
