Brief Answer:
pus culture sensitivity test

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since your lip is swollen and is now coming to a head with pus and blood discharge after a scrape with electric beard trimmer i would advise you to do a pus culture sensitivity test.

This test will identify which sensitive antibiotic will work in this type of infection and according to the report complete course of antibiotic needs to be taken.

As you are having swelling in right side of your face i would advise you to to a CT scan of face region.

Regards
