Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of GERD
Question: I have been really blooded lately, It started with a pain on my right side under my rib cage, that pain has subsided but now I have numbness/pins and needles feelings under both right and left rib cage and in the center below my sternum. I have also kind of lost my appetite and find it kind of hard to get food down, kind of like its hanging up on the way down.

PPI like esomeprazole along with prokinetic such as domeperidone can be advised for 2 weeks. Most likely the symptoms will resolve. If they persist then an ultrasound abdomen can be done to look for any gall bladder stone causing pain related to cholecystitis or any urinary tract /visceral abnormality.
