Brief Answer:
Most probably due to GERD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Your symptoms are probably due to GERD only..
It is a common symptom seen in GERD..
So my suggestion is to consult your Physician and get proper treatment of GERD..
It can include antacids along with proton pump inhibitors and diet modifications like avoiding heavy and spicy meals..
Do moderate workout..
You can chew 1-2 slices of bread and swallow the entire bolus after chewing well..
Many a times it help in reducing hair like sensation that moves down along with the bolus..
