Brief Answer:
IBS;lifestyle&diet changes recommended first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms of not going to toilet for 2/3 days, with very big stool and belly pain are indicative for possible IBS.

Immediate lifestyle and diet changes are necessary to improve your situation:
- increase water intake
- have regular walking or jogging on daily basis
- eat more fiber rich foods. Psyllium supplementation can also help
- take simethicone to reduce bloating
- avoid carbonated or energetic drinks
- avoid chilly/fatty/processed foods

If no improvement within a months of implementing such changes, should consult with GI specialist to run further examinations like
- abdominal ultrasound
- stool analysis
- schedule colonoscopy

Hope it was of help!

Hi back,

There is no need for regular yoga. You should run physical activity on daily basis. Other lifestyle and diet changes are also highly recommended.
