Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of PVC

Question: I have had sternal pain that radiates slightly to the right and left. It's woken me up during the night. I'm 178cm. I weigh 119kg. I feel nauseous. I'm getting a few PvCs. I have a history of tachycardia, and PVCs . I'm on inderal 20mg and lexapro and magnesium twice a day and 4 iron supplements a day as my ferritin level is 10. My Hb is 136. My mother had atrial fibrillation

Your symptoms are related to PVCs, which is manifested with chest discomfort and dyspnea. Appart from discomfort PVCs are harmless and you shouldn't worry.

However, I would recommend to do the following examinations in order to exclude any other problem:
- Blood work including thyroid hormones
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Chest x-ray
- Stress test
- Holter monitoring
