Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of UTI
Question: I have a lot of pain after urination, but happens mostly at work. So bad I can't walk for a few minutes. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2003 but still have my ovaries. Had an ultrasound, but they can't find my ovaries. I was full of scar tissue inside, up against my colon and kidneys. Is it back?

I would suggest you to go for urine analysis.
Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice which is found to be beneficial in UTI.
I in my clinic usually prescribe tablet norflox 400 mg twice daily for three day, to treat UTI. it is an antibiotic and requires valid prescription to get this. So I would suggest you to see local doctor for help.
Regarding the ovaries -- in the presence of scar tissue it becomes difficult to visualise it in ultrasound. You can discuss with your radiologist, they if require can ask for CT scan to see it.
Kindly elaborate the query, I did not get you when you say IS IT Back? What are you to referring by this?
