Question: Hi! So lately when i eat fried foods or certain foods i am still getting a pulling sensation in my stomach and the sensation of what feels like being punched. My gastro doctor said its likely acid reflux. Can acid reflux make you feel this way? Also what is something you can reccomend for this? I have cut out most spicy food bc when i was eating spicy my stomach would burn. Thanks

Hi. Upper Endoscopy was done a few years ago and was normal. I also have had lower right sided cramping spasms which is IBS. I think my doctor mentioned gastritis as well
