Question: I am on Coumadin and have symptoms of anemia is this possible

I read your question and I understand your concern. I went through your labs and they are perfectly fine. Hemoglobin of 14 gm per dl is healthy and nothing to worry about. As far as slight rise of mean cell volume of just a few femtolitres is acceptible and will be considered upper border of normal.
As far as coumadin is concerned , yes it can cause anemia and the slight variation of macrocytosis in your case might be attributed to warfarin along with vitamin deficiency specially B12 etc.
Nut shell your labs are good and nothing to worry about. Keep an eye over your bleeding profile though as warfarin needs a constant monitoring.
