She is talking about how she feels functioning normally otherwise
Brief Answer:
Could be due to anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query very carefully and understand your concerns. Acute anxiety can lead to such symptoms. In such a case anxiolytics like alprazolam 0.25 mg taken half a tablet twice daily should provide relief. However, such medicines are prescription medicines and you would need to get that written down by a doctor. In case you visit a doctor, he would also be able to measure the pulse, blood pressure and other clinical parameters which could help in identifying the problem more clearly.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

My anxiety caused me to think bipolar but I had to calm myself realizing she was telling me how she felt and yes she was talking really fast but was making sense and explaining herself very clearly...we see doctor this week and my gut said anxiety but my anxiety went for bipolar...but I mentioned neither to her.
She also has level 4 motility issues in lower GI and Gyn issues which I know could bring on other symptoms as well

Brief Answer:
Please do not panic.
Detailed Answer:
*+Thanks for writing back. Let me assure you that anxiety can happen to everybody and does not necessarily have to be bipolar. Bipolar means bouts of aggresiveness and hyperactivity followed by bouts of depression and feeling miserable. I do not think that to be the situation here. Please try not to panic. When you see your doctor he would be able to find out more about it and that should help you feel reassured.
The other ailments do not seem to be related.
Feel free to write back in case of further queries.
