Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Anxiety

Question: Hi! My question is about something I experienced today. I was singing in choir and the room was stuffy and there was no air to breath... we were there 1 hour 15 min and kept getting up and sitting down. When I stood up last time I started to feel very weird.. dizzy, fainty and strong tension feeling in body. I also felt like I am about to black out, my pulse rate was high and my mouth was very dry. Still I was able to handle standing up and my condition improved a lot after I got out of that room and got some fresh air.
I walked, drove and ate dinner after that but still kind of have hollow feeling in me and my stomach. Pulse rate not as high but around 90-94. Blood pressure after getting home 30 min after incident was 140/83. I am just wondering was it the lack of air, anxciety in some reason or could it be something more serious with heart. My normal blood pressure has been 130-145 almost all my life.
