Brief Answer:
Need to rule out vertigo due to cochlear problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.
Your symptoms of giddiness and abnormal sensations in head can be due to neurological or cochlear (inner ear which works in balancing the body) pathology. Through MRI and EEG neurological causes are ruled out. Cochlear causes should be ruled out by consulting ENT specialist. If that also comes normal, anxiety can be the cause.
If your work up for cochlear cause has been done, please provide the details.
Let me know if you have any stress in life.
I will be happy to help further after your response.
Regards,
Dr Chintan Solanki.

I tilt when I walk I can turn my head certain ways and it doesn't the room doesn't spin also the sensation in my head when I walk feels like a dropping feeling in my head it comes and goes also it's been hard for me to sleep due. to the wave sensation in my head and sometimes when I'm walking it feels as I'm bouncing along then that goes away I'm not having anxiety about anything if I am it would be about this sensation I've been having for a year I just want it to go away
Brief Answer:
it is benign positional vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you have not anxiety and wave sensation and bouncing feelings are there it is surely benign positional vertigo. It occurs due to abnormal movement of fluid in cochlear coils. As such there is no specific treatment and many times it heals on its own. many drugs helps to reduce the severity. There are some exercise also which can be demonstrated by an ENT specialist which helps in faster recovery.
Take care dear.

question: sometimes I stare off I'm still know what's going on around me can hear everyone it even happens when I drive and the wave feeling could also be relative to almost like I feel blood rush really quick
Brief Answer:
this is thought block
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is called thought block of a normal person.
It can happen when person is busy with some thinking in subconscious mind and not fully conscious about surrounding though he or she is aware about surrounding.
Wave feeling can be due to sudden lowering of blood pressure or glucose level however it is not the case with you as per your history.
