Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic.

Well i have gone through your history. You have had this arm pain before also if i am not wrong. I would like to ask you a few questions before i can guide you further:

1. Where exactly is the pain? Upper or lower arm?

2. Is there any swelling associated?

3. Does the pain increase on working or is it present throughout?

4. Any pain on movements of the shoulder?

5. I would like you to examine the pulses in your hand once and see if they are ok.

6. Any history of lifting heavy objects?

7. Did you get any ultrasound done prior for the pain?

8. How was the onset of pain?and the duration since it has been present

Do let me know these queries. WOuld guide you further from here. Clot in the arm is not a very common thing . So would like to look at other causes.

Await your reply

Brief Answer:
less likely there is a clot in the arm

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well if there is no swelling and no persistent pain it is very less likely there is a clot in the arm. With clots in the arm there is more of a persistent pain and the arm swells to twice the size. Since most of your symptoms are present on lifting, you need to consult an orthopaedic once. There is a possibility of either a muscle tear in the shoulder muscles or some form of shoulder arthritis which is radiating to the arm.

You can try taking some Pain killers or anti inflammatory and see if it gets better. Ultrasound will be helpful as it can help us delineate the exact cause.

Do let me know for more queries

Would be happy to help out

Brief Answer:
Cause of pain

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Did you manage to visit any physician or other doctor who could examine you?I still feel it is more of a shoulder pain or a muscle sprain than a blood clot. Try using some analgesics and see how much of relief they give. You an even try hot water bottle along with local Spray( something like a Volini spray).

But i would recommend you visit someone and let them examine you so we have an exact clue where the pain is originating from

Do let me know for more queries
