Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Dysmenorrhoea
Question: I just got period 3 weeks ago yesterday i got period few flow only if i pee then the blood clot came out and some normal blood.
So my period always normal last month i got 7 days period and now i start my period yesterday something is flow when i stood up but take some of fat burner early in da morning just only i pee my period come out blood clot and normal red.
If i touch my stomach somthing like heart beat and sound like groaning but i did unprotect sex on feb 22 early feb i got my period for 7 days

I share your concerns as it looks like abnormal bleeding. Presence of blood clot in menstrual flow indicates massive bleeding and it's retention in uterus.
You need to visit a gynecologist urgently if it continuing, foul smelling and along with unbearable pain. The feelings of heart beat and groaning indicates increased blood supply to uterus. Blood supply to uterus increases in infections, endometriosis and pregnancy. Since pregnancy is ruled out in your case it can be either of these with endometriosis is more likely as infections would give fever too. You don't have fever so endometriosis is possibility. Please get an ultrasound scan and meet gynaecologist.

but i check pregnant test twice but im negative. I got cramp yesterday so fat burner can cause my period or what??cos its make stop my period then only if im pee blood clot came out and little bit red and do you know my upper stomach discomfort make me so tide but i got green mucus for 3 weeks and its really smelly.

Do an urine test too to rule out bleeding from urinary system. If bleeding is from urinary system it could be due to infection or stone. Which will require a different approach for treatment
