Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
This is probably irritable bowel syndrome!
Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and this is very suggestive of a disease condition called irritable bowel syndrome. This is characterized by digestive symptoms such as pain, bloating, excessive gas, diarrhea/constipation, early satiety, etc. without a clear underlying disease condition. But for the annoying symptoms, there are no longterm consequences. Management consists in addressing individual symptoms with medications. In addition to this good dieting habit with much fruits, vegetables, fiber and much fruits are highly recommended. Regular levels of moderate physical exercise are highly encouraged. If there are any specific food types which make your symptoms worse, Iw ill advice that you identify them and stay away.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
Please, what do you think the issue is at this time?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed your information fully. All the treatment and evolution of your symptoms. This is very suggestive of IBS. I will like that you confirm this with your gastroenterologist for confirmation and treatment. I will say it nerve hurts managing and evaluating the results. This will be better and am convinced you would reap clear benefits from this. Keep me updated as you discuss this with your gastroenterologist.
I wish you well.
You didn’t state to me that you have issues with the nose!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this precision. I think with this added information at this time, you are correct to say it is not IBS. You had not earlier mentioned that you had sinus, flus, etc. With this added information, it is somewhat difficult to tell what the exact disease condition is. However, I will suggest that we take a specimen from the sinus/nostrlls and analyze in the lab. This way, we will be able to identify what the exact cause of these repeated infections is and what antibiotic is best indicated to treat it.
I will not immediately say this could be candida. However, large dose antibiotics can be the lead way to aggressive fungal infections.
I hope this helps. I wish you well and keep me updated as you get these samples from the nostrils and sinuses analyzed.
