Question: I'm a 58 year old female who is having a lot of osteoarthritis in the neck, left shoulder, right knee, numbness in all the toe's, spasms

Hi,

I have read your query.

You are already takind a lot of medication, so I am not addition further any medicine.

Osteoarthritis can be due to many causes, it may due to ageing or some underlying disease.

So I want to advise you certain blood tests like serum RA factor, serum uric acid, fasting blood sugar, ESR, CRP levels, vitamin D levels, serum calcium levels.

Also get xray of both knees standing AP view and xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view , I want to see present condition of your bones and joint.

Get these tests done and send me the report.

If any of the above test is significant, then I will advise you the medication for that.
