Brief Answer:
there are treatment options

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, cialis is normally used for erectile dysfunction but can also be used for other conditions

If you are noticing a loss or reduction in ejaculate then it may be that you have retrograde ejaculation.
In this condition the semen enters the bladder instead of exiting via the penis.
Assessment of urine in lab can confirm.

Requires history and examination, imaging with an ultrasound may be needed.

There are medications that can be used to help eg (1)ephedrine (normally used as a decongestant but helpful here as well)
(2)imipramine
(3)desipramine

There is also a condition called delayed ejaculation where the person notes a delay before ejaculation occurs.
This is a self diagnosis.
It is treated by looking at medications taken to see if any are contributing to the problem, checking for infections.

Eg of the medications used for delayed ejac are: (1) ephedrine- normally used for decongestion, it is also used for this condition
(2)first generation anti histamines such as chlorpheniramine
(3)antidepressants- even in the absence of depression, these affect levels of certain chemicals and may help
(3)medication such as cialis , viagra, levitra

Your doctor by listening the exact problem , examination and assessment can diagnose and treat you.

This is not necessarily the end of intimacy with your partner.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
