Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Urinary Tract Infection

Questions answered one by one.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic. Let me try to address the issues one by one:
1. and 6. It could be due to urinary tract infection. Get your urine tested for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity. If the result indicates infection, treatment with antibiotics will solve the problem.
2. You seem to have digestive issues. Undigested matter in the intestines is getting degraded by intestinal bacteria to produce the gas. Take small but frequent meals. The other things that you have mentioned, are proper. Also take isabgol (psyllium husk) or senna regularly at dinner. It should help. Take omeprazole once daily before breakfast and see if it helps.
3. Take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily when required, to take care of the itchiness.
4. Unless the discharge is foul smelling consider it normal and needing no intervention. If it is foul smelling, it indicates infection and needs to be treated with antibiotics.
5. That is normal and occurs due to low blood volume. Get your hemoglobin level checked. Drink plenty of water and fluids.
Let me know if I could help further.

My suggestions are equally applicable.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the delay in replying. Even though it is related to bowel movement and not urine, my suggestions hold. Rather than taking Enterogermina I would prefer taking curd. The hemoglobin is on the lower side and iron supplementation is advisable. Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. You should be fine back again.
I do not think that any test related to liver or intestines will be conclusive or helpful. All I would insist you to do is to increase the fibre intake.
