Brief Answer:
We have to rule out UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome
I have gone through your query and do understand your concern

I would like to know few more information like
Since when you are facing this problem?
What part of the abdomen you have this feeling? Like upper, lower, right, left or entire abdomen.
Is there any alterations in the bowel habit?
Is there any burning while micturition?

Based on the information I feel you might be having urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to get an urine routine examination done.
Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids and drink cranberry juice which has found to be beneficial in UTI.
Regarding the need of antibiotics course can be decided based on the investigation report. In my clinic I usually go for tablet norflox 400 mg twice daily for three days. But based on the information you have provided I feel we can wait for the report and then decide on it.

Slight increase in the temperature is noted when you lie on your abdomen. In the absence of any pain, visible swelling, I don't think it is anything serious.
Hope this helps
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Good to hear from you
As said earlier rule out UTI.
And slight increase in temperature is normal. Not to worry about it. But if you are anxious you can go for ultrasound abdomen.

Regarding itching since when you are facing this problem?
Is there any associated redness or swelling in the region?
It might be due to excessive perspiration, you can apply antiperspirant powder, observe if it helps.
Hope this helps

Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome and good to hear from you.
In the absence of pain abdomen or any other symptom, I don't think it is matter of concern. It might be related to the food you eat.
Kindly observe the stool for day or two. If it is the same you can get an stool examination done. That will give better picture.
Hope this helps
