Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection, intestine malabsorption

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It is possible that you have urinary infection, such can cause the burning sensation. You also need to be checked out for intestinal malabsorption disorders that can cause bloating and back pain.

It is advisable to get an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to look for the same.

Avoid fatty, oily, junk food, colas, coffee. Keep well hydrated with atleast 2-3 litres of water daily. Eat healthy. Get your urine tested for infection. Drink cranberry juice. You can take Tablet Pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning, half an hour before breakfast, for 7 days.

Do review with me on your progress.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Mostly gastritis. Needs an upper GI Endoscopy to confirm if any ulcers

Detailed Answer:
That indicates gastritis. The Pantoprazole Medicine will help you. Also do eat more of dahi and curds in diet.

It is better to get an upper GI Endoscopy test to look for any stomach ulcers.
