Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency
Question: Today....as I was standing , every time I turn my head to the left I lost all control I could see that everything was just disfigured. When I turn my head back to the right I was fine but again when I turned and looked to the left something was wrong
Brief Answer:
VBI (Vertebro-Basilar Insufficiency) must be ruled out first.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. From your symptoms, a Vertebro-Basilar insufficiency (VBI) should be ruled out first.
2. A Neck Doppler study or an MRA (Angiogram) with Cervical Spine Imaging will help. A general examination would also be advisable.
3. You should get a direct examination done as soon as possible.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
