Possibility of Frenulum Breve
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it.
Tearing of Frenulum is not a normal thing to happen.
Frenulum is an elastic band of tissue that connects the glans to the prepuce and also helps contract the prepuce over the glans. The frenulum should normally be sufficiently long and supple to allow for the full retraction of the prepuce so that it lies smoothly back on the shaft of the erect penis.
However, in some individuals it is short and restricts the movement of the prepuce (known as Frenulum breve). Frenulum breve may be complicated by tearing of the frenulum during sexual or other activity.
The condition may be treated with surgery, Frenulectomy.
Regarding the tear that you have sustained recently, you ought to apply topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily OR Neosporin ointment, twice daily. That should make it fine within a week.
Thereafter, you must evaluate with a surgeon regarding the need for a frenulectomy, as sometimes this tearing can also solve the problem, healing such that the frenulum is longer and therefore no longer problematic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Since I don't have the opportunity to examine you clinically, therefore, I was speculating that there could be a possibility of frenulum being short, which could have lead to a tear. However, that not being the case, therefore there is no need to visit a surgeon.
You just need to apply a topical antibacterial ointment (Mupirocin OR Neosporin, twice daily), and it should be absolutely fine within a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Of course, you will be able to have normal sex, as before. Let the tear heal for about a week or 10 days, before you indulge in sexual activity.
This particular tear, probably may have been due to being a little aggressive during sex thereby leading to traumatic tear/cut OR it may have been due to lack of proper lubrication. So it is just a one off incident.
