Brief Answer:
Get a urine culture sensitivity test done and take the right antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

You say that you had UTI few months back. It has recurred again. So it is very important to find the organism which caused it and the right antibiotic to kill those microbes. I advise you to go to your doctor and get a urine culture sensitivity test done. This tells the right antibiotic to be taken.
It is very important to treat the urinary tract infection thoroughly. Otherwise it may adversely affect the kidneys. A week after you complete the course of antibiotics repeat urine culture sensitivity test again. Some nasty microbes are not cleared off easily. You may need to repeat the course of antibiotics.
Drink plenty of water. Pass urine at least once in 3 hours to wash off the microbes from bladder.
I hope I have answered your concerns. If you have any further queries do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
