Suggest Treatment For Tenderness And Lump Above The Nipple

Question: I had a lump above my nipple and it went away and suddenly after a day or two i found a lump under my armpit, it was painful and it also went away in 4-5 days.
But i feel my nipple is tender and it becomes painful at times. Iam a 22 year old male and my family doesnt have the background of any cancer.

Noted your history well and understood your concerns.
Since you are young, 22 year old male this can not be cancer. Cancer breast is not known to occur at such an young age.
Secondly, occurrence of lump above nipple, then in armpit, both of them reduced indicated infection as a cause.
Thirdly, the tender nipple may be due to residual infection.
I would advise the following in such a situation:
Clinical evaluation and examination preferably by a General Surgen., investigations as advised.
A course of an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory
Medication should solve your problem.
