Suggest Treatment For Tennis Elbow
Question: Was diagnosed with tennis elbow- had x-ray and a cortisone shot. Pain is still persistent after 6 months . Is there any manual tests I can do that would tell me I have a tear in elbow? Pain especially when eating with fork/using mouse computer or lifting anything. Cant get into see my doctor for a week. Thanks
Brief Answer:
MRI elbow will help you to see tear.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
MRI elbow will help you to see details of injury.
Nuclear scan may show hot spot.
If no relief with local injection then surgical excision of inflammed flexor tendon will help you.
